CUSTOM HELMET DESIGN - TURNING IDEAS INTO MASTERPEICES

There are many different ways of achieving this: - you can send us drawings of your ideas or download the template from the ‘Design your own‘ page; these drawings don’t necessarily have to be accurate or professional, they only need to give us an idea of the concept.
If you require cartoons or characters, just send us a specific picture copy with your design specification.
Maybe you like sections of a few different helmets you have seen but the colours are not quite right etc
Contacting us can resolve all of the above and discussing what you really want, and if you have no idea at all then contact us anyway, there is only one limit to achieve the result you want and that’s you imagination.

PREPARATION TO FINISH

You can be confident in the fact that your helmet will always be prepared and finished to highest possible standard.
Rubbers & Vents etc.. will be stripped where necessary and the helmet carefully masked before being primed.
The helmet is created using the specified design with a combination of expert airbrushing technique & top quality painting materials eg.. Pearls, Metallic and Metalflake primarily sourced from the USA.
To ensure your helmet has a durable deep gloss finish, a hard, two stage, two-pack lacquer is applied

With the exception of helmet logo's, stickers are never used on the finished article.

PRICE STRUCTURE

Prices start from £165 (GBP) and vary based on the type of helmet, your chosen design, the paint materials used and the length of time taken to complete your masterpiece.
Payment by cheque will be required once the job has been started, if we are supplying a new helmet then payment will be required for this in full when ordering.
In the case of new helmets being supplied by us, it will be the customers responsibility to ensure that we are given the correct information regarding size, make and model, as mistakes cannot be rectified. DZIGN highly recommend that helmets are returned to you by overnight courier and we use a company who have proved to be consistently reliable over the years, the cost of this is £18 and includes insurance cover to £1000.
